I think we agree that if we were to take on extra people, we would be using my ship and the additional crew to their fullest potential. In exchange, these extra crewmembers will be donating their skills, resources and money to fund the purchase of certain items from the market. I dont think any of us have ever done this before so we will have to talk about what the market needs and how we can best serve that purpose. We will also have to decide what the item is we need and what the purchase price is. As for the extra people, well we would like to minimize problems in the future so we would like to assign them to specific positions and assign the people needed from our previous crew to work as enforcers in the areas they would go on duty. As I recall, the captain of that vessel wasnt a fan of our philosophy and he did not want to have to share his money with us so he attempted to kill me and the rest of the crew. The ship took a nasty hit and now its just drifting aimlessly in the ocean. This is all I have to work with and it will be your job to come up with ideas for more people to join in your endeavor.
