Ayda Williams, 43, opened up on her “dead” sex life with her husband Robbie Williams, 48, on her podcast. The model and actress also revealed that simply sleeping next to the singer is no easy ride either as he has changed over the years.

Ayda revealed all that goes on in her celebrity bedroom on her podcast Postcards from the Edge.

She claimed the couple don’t even feel the “need to go to bed at the same time” as their bedroom is “just a joint workspace now”.

Staying in their Los Angeles home, Ayda confessed that the romance in her relationship with Robbie had been “obliterated by four kids”.

She said: “When there was romance, when that happens, yes, there would be a communal sleeping place just out of physical need.

“But now that that’s completely dead. It’s been obliterated by four kids.’

The model joked that she could turn their bed into a ping pong table, as then they could at least “play every now and then. And then stray off into other corners to sleep”.

Their young family consists of Theodora, 10, Charlton, eight, Colette, four and Beau, two.

Robbie and Ayda aren’t the only famous and well-connected members of the household though.

In 2018, then-six-year-old Theodora was part of Princess Eugenie’s bridal party alongside the likes of Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

However, it isn’t just the children putting a damper on the couple’s love life as Ayda claimed Robbie has become difficult to just sleep next to in recent years.

She said: “Rob snores, which did not happen in the early days.

“I’ll sometimes kind of thump him with my leg, I’ll shove. Sometimes it works but then he goes right back to doing it.”

Ayda added that not having a good night’s sleep can “bring me to the edge”, and fears what moving to a different bedroom to get away from the noise would mean for their relationship.

She said: “I think ‘God, then we’re officially just roommates, we might (as well) be brother and sister’.

“Like I’m just holding on to a thread with this joint sleeping place.”

Ayda, who has dubbed Robbie “the bear”, also claims “nothing wakes the man”.

She said the singer has also recently gone into a bad sleeping routine: “He sleeps ’til sundown and then is up all night long.”

One evening he thought it “would be really fun” to disturb Ayda’s sleep popping in and out of the bedroom during the night, but she thought otherwise.

Ayda said she told her husband: “‘Even the kids don’t do this to me’. I was like ‘Robbie f***ing Williams you have brought me to my edge this morning’.”

Robbie and Ayda have been married for 12 years after meeting on a blind date in 2006.

The couple have had a notoriously rocky relationship, with Robbie admitting to The Mirror in 2009 that he had dumped Ayda three times in their first year of dating because “of me not trusting”.
