Riley Keough posts final photo with beautiful mama Lisa Marie Presley before her death

Riley Keough has shared a heartbreaking photo of the final time she saw her late mother Lisa Marie Presley before her death earlier this year.

Lisa Marie passed away at the age of 54 on 12 January after being rushed to hospital following a cardiac arrest, her family confirmed at the time. Since then, family, friends and celebrities from near and far have paid their tributes to the singer.

Now, her daughter Riley, 33, has posted the last picture she has with her mother before her death, which sees the pair huddled close together at a dinner table.

Lisa Marie can be seen wearing a black, long-sleeved top with her brunette mane down in loose waves as she leans in close to her daughter.

Riley dons a silver grey crop top with matching trousers while her hair is styled straight down to frame her face.

"I feel blessed to have a photo of the last time I saw my beautiful mama. Grateful @georgieflores took this." she captioned the snap with a red heart emoji.

Celebrity friends have since flocked to the comments section as Made In Chelsea's Hugo Taylor wrote: "I’m so sorry for your loss".

While Chloë Moretz, Jenna Dewan and Olivia Munn all posted a series of red heart emojis in support of her.

It comes after it was recently revealed Lisa Marie had become a new grandmother when she died as Riley had secretly welcomed a daughter.

The revelation came at the public memorial service for her mum, which was held at her famous father Elvis Presley's Graceland mansion in Memphis, Tennessee on 22 January.

Riley's husband Ben Peterson-Smith read out a tribute she had penned to her mother, which revealed that Riley herself is a mother to a baby girl, meaning that Lisa Marie had recently become a grandmother when she died.

It said: “I hope I can love my daughter that way you loved me. The way you love my brother and my sisters. Thank you for giving me strength, my heart, my empathy, my courage, my sense of humour.

“My manners, my temper, my wildness, my tenacity. I’m a product of your heart. My sisters are a product of your heart. My brother is a product of your heart.

“We are you. You are us. My eternal love. I hope you finally know how loved you were here. Thank you for trying so hard for us. If I didn’t tell you every day, thank you.”A rep for Riley confirmed to E! News that the actress, the granddaughter of the late Elvis and her husband have welcomed a daughter

It also said: "I remember how it felt to be loved by the most loving mother I've ever known."

A rep for Keough confirmed to PEOPLE that the couple welcomed a baby girl in 2022, although no specifics were given.
