Olivia and Alex Bowen have bought their expected child some crystals to protect them from "negative energy".
Posting onto her Instagram story, Olivia showed off three different crystals in her hand alongside the signs that described what they are meant to do.
Both Olivia, 28, and Alex, 30, picked one each, then both picked one together to help their unborn child get in touch with their spirituality when they welcome them into the world.
The couple chose Leopard Jasper – which is said to provide emotional support, peace, and tranquility, Pink Calcite – which provides health and wholeness, the gentle release of emotions, and heart activation, and Pinolith – which is said to dispels negative energy, reduces loneliness, and promotes creativity and calming.
Writing on the post, Olivia said: "These are what we chose for baby Bowen. One chosen from each of us and one chosen from us both."
This isn't the first time that Olivia has taken a holistic, spiritual approach to pregnancy, after previously seeking support and advice from a hypnobirthing course with The Naked Doula.
The advice Olivia received includes making sure you have a "floppy face", to dance during childbirth, and to not push too hard. In her Instagram story, she said she "can't rave about her enough" and is "actually looking forward to it [the birth]".
The pair have also opted for a gender neutral nursery for their unborn baby, as they do not want to know the baby's sex until birth, so instead went for neutral colours such as beige and cream.
With the colour scheme, the couple have paired it with light wooden furniture, decorating the wall to look like the sky, and putting animal themed wallpaper on the walls.
Speaking about it in another series of Instagram stories, Olivia said: "Here is our little dream in a room. I can’t even explain how calm & inviting this space feels in person, it’s turned out to be more than I even imagined, it doesn’t feel like it should be mine!
"This is the little wardrobe corner with our gorgeous nursing chair, the other side I was waiting for our furniture to arrive to show you but I don’t have it yet so I thought I would start by showing you this area".
The former Love Island couple revealed they were expecting their first child on New Year's Day, and recently spoke to OK! about the judgement they have received since announcing their pregnancy.
Olivia said: "We both received some negative comments the minute we announced that we were having a baby.
"We've been in the biz long enough to not let it affect us too much though, but people forget that I’m still me even though I’m growing a baby.
"This is only a tiny number compared to the huge amount of positive messages and support we’ve received though, people have been so kind and sweet.
"It’s so common to be judged whether you’re in the public eye or not and it really shouldn’t be like that. Parents need support, not judgement!"
