Peter Andre says he and wife Emily ‘thinking’ about another baby as youngest son Theo turns six

Singer Peter Andre has admitted he and his wife Emily have been "thinking" about having another baby after his youngest son Theo turned six.

Writing in his weekly column, the 49 year old says that seeing his youngest growing up so fast has "brought up the question of having another baby". Here, Pete also discusses his daughter Princess' trip to A&E and his Christmas plans. Sign up – for free! – to see what he has to say.

Theo Turns Six

I was gutted to miss Theo’s sixth birthday as I was away, but we celebrated his birthday before I left and then we’re having a party for him when I’m back.

I hate missing important things with the kids, it’s the one downside to my job.

Theo is obsessed with puzzles, so we bought him some and we got him a toy car that he’s been driving up the walls. We also bought him a scooter.

With Theo growing up so fast it does bring up the question of having another baby.

When he was opening his presents Emily and I were looking at each other and we knew what the other was thinking.

When your youngest is no longer little it makes you think about the baby stage, but that’s always going to be the case when you have another too, and you could just keep going!

Hello, Jamaica!

At the time of writing this I’m in Jamaica filming the final part of our feature film.

It’s been going great, but we’re working really hard and filming all hours! I’m really excited for it to be released next summer.

When I’m back I’ll continue working on my 30th anniversary shows.

The first five are going to be like nothing I’ve ever done before and although it’s neither a concert nor an “evening with”, it is the type of show I can tour for years and years.

I can’t wait! You can get tickets at

Christmas Is Coming

Millie and Theo have already written their lists for Father Christmas. Emily is so organised that she’s planning the next Christmas the minute the previous one is over, whereas I’m!

Junior and Princess have said they don’t want anything for Christmas. They said, “You’re taking us to Australia to see our grandparents, that’s our Christmas present.”

I love that about them – but they need to tell me at least one thing! We’re heading to Australia before Christmas and then we’ll be back in the UK for Christmas Day.

I moved to Australia when I was six, so it’s really special that Theo will be seeing Oz for the first time at the same age I did. He’s also now at an age where he’ll remember it.

Princess' A&E Dash

Just before I left for Jamaica Princess broke her finger! It happened at school when she was doing sport. The ball hit her finger and snapped the bone.

I was at work at the time and Emily took her to A&E. She said Princess was definitely going to need a splint, and she was right. But I guess she is a doctor!

They were there for a few hours and Princess had a splint fitted. It was painful for her but thankfully she’s fine. Hopefully she’ll be healed in time for Christmas!

Chris's Alzheimer's Discovery

Chris Hemsworth announced that a genetic test he took revealed he is at higher risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease.

It’s so hard to know if it’s something I would want to know. Losing my brother Andrew to cancer is something I’ve never gotten over, and would I want to know if I’m more likely to get cancer?

I think if it’s something you could prevent then it would be great to know, but if it’s inevitable then maybe it’s best not to.

Everybody has a different view. It’s very brave of Chris to talk about this and I wish him all the best.
