Liam Reardon and Millie Court have confessed they've already thought about marriage and kids following their epic win of the hit ITV dating show Love Island on Monday 23 August.

During the live finale, Millie and fans everywhere were left in shock as Liam asked her to be his girlfriend in front of host Laura Whitmore, 36.

"You've already said the L word, so is boyfriend and girlfriend on the cards? Are you going to do a Chloe and Toby and get married? I don't know…" Laura had said as they all laughed. "I don't think Toby knows that yet," she added.

"Yeah, well we definitely will be one day, won't we?" Millie asked as she turned to face Liam. Smiling, Liam then replied: "Yeah, it has been on my mind for a little while…" as Laura questioned: "Oh has it?"

Turning to Millie, Liam then indicated that he was asking for the 24 year old to be his girlfriend as he said: "So…?" as the crowd erupted into cheers.

"Will you be my girlfriend?" he then finally asked as Millie replied: "Yes!" before the pair shared a passionate kiss.

Shortly after being crowned winners of the 2021 series, the pair sat down for a candid chat about their future together, during which they confessed marriage is on the cards.

“The proposal is going to have to be massive," Millie said as Liam, 22, added: “It’s going to be huge, I’m sure I can pull it out of the bag. I’m sure I can do it.”

A wedding isn't the only massive step they plan on taking together in the future as they both shared how important family is to them.

"Family’s a massive thing for me. To have children one day is a dream, it’s something I really want and with someone I love," Liam explained.

"I said I wanted three children, I think Millie feels the same [Millie: “Yeah!”].

"I’ve had an amazing upbringing myself, my family being so loving, I just want to give that to my children.”
