Mix the tapioca flour, flour, and tapioca to a smooth sticky paste. Add this to the sweet potato paste and mix them up. Add the cinnamon and vanilla extract and mix some moreStir it around a little to blend it all togetherNow add a little bit of water to the sweet potato paste. This should be enough to make it sticky, but not runny. You may have to adjust it a little to get it right. Stir that all upSift the dry ingredients over it. Once this is all mixed and sifted, it will be pretty sticky. Divide it into a loaf pan, and bake them on the middle rack of the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let them cool slightly, then you are good to go.
