Dancing On Ice pro Colin Grafton details out of body experience on ITV show
Dancing on Ice: The Vivienne receives her judges comments
Dancing On Ice professional skater Colin Grafton has said taking part in the show is like an “out of body experience”.
The 32-year-old joined the ITV favourite last year and ended up getting to the final with his celebrity partner, The Vivienne.
Describing his experience in an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk, the skater admitted: “I would sum it up as, it was the perfect match, the whole journey was an out-of-body experience.
“We were both in the right place at the right time. We ended up becoming such good friends, it almost happened so quickly that it’s hard to think we’re starting another series.
“We just had an absolutely wonderful time,” Colin explained.

The US-native is still in touch with The Vivienne, with the pair meeting up over the summer and he has plans to go and see her perform live at her The Wicked Witch of The West show.
Colin said that he of course gets nervous while performing live on Dancing on Ice, but he gets lost in the adrenaline of the performance.
He expressed: “We all get nervous, if you’re not nervous at all, it’s very rare. But I think nervousness is a good thing because that adrenaline keeps you going.
“It’s a weird feeling because you are performing in a studio for a live audience, you kind of just get wrapped up in that moment of the crowd cheering for you.

“The music is on, you’re there with your partner one on one. You almost forget that however many millions of people are watching at home because you’re just in that studio.
“But then you realise later when you check your phone, there’s thousands of messages,” the figure skater said.
For the upcoming series, Colin has been partnered with Coronation Street star Claire Sweeney and the star couldn’t be any more excited about the partnership.
“I was over the moon, how could you not be when you find out you’re gonna skate with Claire? When I saw the line-up, that was definitely someone I wanted,” Colin divulged.
