Christine McGuinness just about breaks the internet with swimsuit headstand

Christine McGuinness just about broke the internet as she showed off her impressive headstand skills while wearing a thong swimsuit.

The 32-year-old, who is married to Paddy McGuinness, 46, shared a clip of herself casually doing yoga in a fire one-piece today and it really is something.

Her clip, which was filmed at a low angle to better showcase the headstand, was a great flex and no one can tell us otherwise.

In the video, Christine prepares to impress us with a few stretches before bending down to put her hands and head on the floor, slowly moving into the tripod position.

The Real Housewives of Cheshire star then stretches out her legs into a perfect handstand and made it look like a simple task.

‘I’m introducing social distancing into my house. Everyone needs to stay 2 meters away from each other,’ she captioned the video.

‘I have found the last couple of days tough, I’m feeling better now but I think like most people its got to me. I’m missing my mum, the gym, yoga, being with friends.. 🏋️‍♀️🧘‍♀️💃 These where all my therapy, my little escapes 😕.’

The mum-of-three continued: ‘I’m really craving some freedom which I feel is perfectly natural and ok right now.’

Christine went on to say she has to remind herself how ‘lucky’ she is to be safe and working from home.

‘Once the children go back to school I will give myself a little hr to exercise, practice yoga and maybe even sleep 👏😂,’ the model added. ‘I’m excited about that! We are the lucky one home, safe and well ❤️🙌❤️.’

Move over Kim Kardashian, Christine has beaten us all at internet-breaking.

Christine has been isolating with beau Paddy and their children Penelope and Leo, six, and Felicity, four, in their house in Cheshire so it’s no surprise the mum wants some me-time.

Paddy, on the other hand, has been spending lockdown a lot differently as he confessed to his strange eating habits.

The Top Gear star took to Instagram to reveal he’s reached the stage of lockdown where he’s been eating cold custard from a tin.

Carpe diem, right? Why waste time waiting for an apple pie to bake when there’s perfectly good custard in the cupboard?
