The mens eyes widen and they instantly raise their hands in the air as if to say its meaningless, then they quickly walk over and get a drink from the refrigerator before answering you back. One of them is a big heavyset man who looks like he needs a cane, or whatever it is he uses, to get around. He turns to the other two Hey you got any cash. The first looks at you and the second and you in general and smiles a bit before answering while slowly raising his drink Yeah, we do. Well take a seat and let the lady at the table know you stopped by. You all sit down at a large table and he begins to ask you questions. You know your way around a phone book fairly well, so you give him a quick rundown in your normal, everyday conversation that youve had with people all over the place, except that this sounds like a guy you actually know and if you say youve known him awhile, hell probably be more receptive. He listens intently and nods a few times and then finally, after you finish up, after you say Goodbye, he turns to his friends and motions for them to go back to their drinks, leaving you alone with him.
