Billie Eilish & Finneas Are Halfway To EGOT Status After Oscars Win!

Billie Eilish and Finneas picked up another award – a 2022 Oscar!!

The sibling duo won the trophy for Best Original Song for their James Bond track “No Time To Die.”

“Whoa. Oh my god. You guys… Oh my gosh, um, this is so unbelievable, I could scream,” Billie said in her acceptance speech.

“Lastly, we want to thank our parents who have always been our biggest inspirations and heroes. We love you as parents, and we love you as real people too. Thank you so much to The Academy, we promise not to lose these,” Finneas added.

The brother and sister took the stage that night to perform their song.

Billie and Finneas also won the 2021 Grammy for Best Song Written for Visual Media for the song.

With this win, Billie and Finneas are both only halfway to achieving EGOT status – which is when you win an Emmy, a Grammy, an Oscar and a Tony. There are only 21 people who have EGOTs, including John Legend, Rita Moreno and Whoopi Goldberg.

Billie and Finneas already have several Grammys and are even nominated for more at the upcoming 2022 Grammys, which are next weekend!
